What we collect
When you join, we collect your email address, an optional phone number, your email and text consent choices, confirmation that you are 18 or older, the signup time, and the version of the consent wording you accepted. We may store limited technical information to prevent abuse and keep the form secure.
Your contact information is stored privately using Vercel. Hosting and storage providers process it to operate this website and waiting list. It is not displayed publicly.
How we use it
We use the contact details you choose to share for Blood Brothers release news, new scenes, behind-the-scenes material, and project updates. Email permission and text permission are separate. A phone number is optional; leaving it blank does not prevent you from joining the email list.
Submitting the form records a new signup. Existing contact details and opt-out preferences are kept. No email or text is sent immediately. Text updates have not started.
Text message terms
If you provide your phone number and check the separate text consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional texts about Blood Brothers at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
When text messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Before messaging begins, you can remove your number by sending a private message to our Instagram account below.
Your choices and removal
You may withdraw permission and request access, correction, or deletion of your contact information by sending a private message to @bloodbrothers_ai on Instagram. We may ask you to verify ownership of the contact information before acting. Do not post your contact information in a public comment. An unsubscribe link will be included in email updates when sending begins.
We keep your signup while you remain on the list, unless you request removal. We may retain a limited record of consent or opt-out requests where needed to honor your choice and meet applicable obligations.
